Valcreat Industry X.0 Strategy and Technology Advisors LLP (Valcreat X.0) is a company incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

We are tool builders for those who work with the Boards, CEOs and CxOs to design visionary roadmaps and transformative solutions for the future ready industrial and manufacturing enterprises. We design innovative tools and analytical methods – SaaS based toolkits and web assessments – in the field of strategy, finance, operations, human capital, leadership, organizational change, risk management, governance, sustainability, and digital transformation. We design the tools and analytical methods that help our customers work smarter in their roles to deliver impact.

Our customers are senior executives with entrepreneurial ambitions. We help them monetize their time and expertise as senior management consultants, senior advisors, entrepreneurs, and freelancers etc. Our customers are the domain experts and engineers who plan to monetize their expertise by transitioning into entrepreneurial roles. Our customers are senior executives who are currently working with boards, CEOs and CxOs in designing transformative solutions for future ready industrial enterprise.

Our Purpose

The pandemic has been rough ride and has unleashed a rapid change across the industrial and manufacturing ecosystem. The change has impacted individuals and companies that are a part of the ecosystem.

Our products are designed basis a practical experience in six sigma, strategy development, operation problem solving, application of digital technologies and change management. Our network business model is designed on the Metcalfe’s law for telecommunications networks, where the value of the network is proportional to the square of the connected users of the network system.
  • We are vision led in defining a technology enabled future. We do not predict the future, but we use scenario building to identify the possible future scenarios created by application of digital technologies. We use that in our product design and network business model.

The problem we solve

Designing the future ready industrial and manufacturing enterprise requires time and budgets from executives, project teams, vendors etc. We solve the problem of time and budget availability. Time is money for our customers. We help our customers monetize their time i.e., improve their delivered impact per unit of time spent. We design tools and assessments that help our customers work smarter to create impact and gain budget commitments from decision makers.

  • Strategic, focus on strategic problems or opportunities – customers, suppliers, processes, production lines, assets, tools, and functions – for improvement.
  • Measurable, quantify the indicators – OEE, utilization, customer satisfaction, safety etc. – to measure progress towards end goal.
  • Achievable, transition action plans to implementation – from design to pilots and expansion.
  • Resourced, executive sponsorship and commitment for funds and teams.
  • Time bound, specify the time to results – for pilots and expansion.
  • Evaluated, by a governance board or C-level for performance against defined indicators.
  • Recognized, by the company, customers and suppliers for the impact delivered.

The problem statement today is that lack of a smarter approach leads to a low success rate of future ready initiatives in the manufacturing and industrial enterprises. There are five reasons for low success rate –

  • There is a practical difficulty of committing time of executives, stakeholders and resources to future ready initiatives while balancing priorities of a running operation.
  • Quite often, the capabilities (all or some) for future ready initiatives are not available in a company. The companies spend time in procuring and assembling resources with inter-disciplinary skills and capabilities of strategic thinking, problem solving, application of advanced technologies, solution designing, financial modelling, change management etc.
  • For many projects, there is no clear business case. Often, the budgets have not been defined for future ready initiatives. Preparing a business case requires time.
  • Companies initiate pilots in small pockets without having a big picture view and an estimated 70% – 80% pilots either are dropped or are stuck for a period exceeding 12 months.
  • The process to prepare a roadmap and an action plan can be a minimum 12–16-week exercise and CEOs/ decision makers expect the project teams to accelerate the design phase and launch solutions.

How we work

  • Our core business is to build the tools for those who work on future ready industrial and manufacturing enterprise.
  • For this we have the tool-builders lab, a virtual platform where the domain experts can collaborate to design innovative tools and assessments.
  • We leverage the power of low code software development to accelerate our product development cycle and time to market.
  • We believe in power of many versus one, the power of virtual platforms versus being physically present at customer locations, hence we are building a collaborative network of virtual advisors globally. The members within the network can use the tools, assessments and swarm to work with the senior executives in designing roadmaps and transformative solutions.

Our Founders

Our founders are innovators and have been working together for over 11+ years. Both our founders have strong leadership experience holding senior positions in their respective companies before founding the company. Starting with a consultant – client relationship at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, India’s top 3 oil marketing companies and then working together in KPMG India’s digital practice, Valcreat Industry X.0 is the 3rd innings together for our founders.

Puneet Kumar Bhatia (linkedin.com/in/puneetkbhatia)  has over 20 years of experience working with GE, EY, Cisco Systems, KPMG, Deloitte, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GE and expert in low code application development. He is the Chief Designer/ Thinker of our strategy, business model, products, intellectual property, go to market, and marketing.

Dr Girish Kumar UV (linkedin.com/in/girishkuv) has over 45 years of experience working with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, KPMG and GNP Technologies. He is the Chief Technologist of our technology, application development, customer experience and an expert in low code application development.
